Become a part of the “Photos Forever” Club – Lifetime family photos for only a $20 session fee!
When you hire me as your wedding photographer you are automatically a lifetime member of the “Photos Forever” Club. This membership entitles you to a lifetime of family photo sessions with only a $20 session fee, even if my rates go up (I currently charge $35 per session)!
Additional Information:
Ø To reserve our services for your wedding day, a $400 retainer fee will be due at the time you book your wedding. This fee is non-refundable, and will be used as a credit towards the package of your choice. The remaining cost of your package will be due one week prior to your wedding day.
Ø Proofs will be ready approximately 2-3 weeks after your wedding day.
Ø Minnesota Sales Tax of 6.875% will be added to all packages and purchases.
Ø Additional time added to any package will be charged at $75 per hour.
Ø My standard print prices will apply to any photos you choose to order (less any discounts you might receive, depending on which package you purchase). Print prices are listed below.
Ø You can choose to purchase the copyright for your wedding pictures for $425. It will give you the freedom to make your own enlargements or reprints anytime you want. Keep in mind, however; that the best resulting photos will come from professionally processed images. I will still reserve the right to use the photos for my own advertising and promotional purposes.
Ø You can also choose to purchase the copyright for the proofs from your engagements session for $75. This will give you the freedom to make your own enlargements or reprints anytime you want, including using a copy of an engagement picture for your wedding invites or programs. I will still reserve the right to use the photos for my own advertising and promotional purposes.
Ø I have a suggested shot list we can use to make sure we don’t forget any important formal pictures. This list can be revised however you see fit and will be discussed and finalized prior to your big day.
Ø I accept cash, personal checks, or credit cards via PayPal. Full payment is due within one week of your wedding date.
Ø Additional copies of your low resolution photo CD will cost $15 each.
Ø Additional Parent Albums will cost $65 each.
Ø You also have the option to add a photo CD, including all of your 4x6 proofs (low resolution files suitable for email, Facebook, etc.) to the Gold Package for $35. You can also get one from your engagement session for $25.

Dare To Be Creative:
The possibilities are endless! We can do image manipulation, extensive blemish removal, teeth whitening, braces removal, head swap, eye switch, remove tan lines, give you a tan or change your skin tone, soften the image, add designer edges and soft glows, apply a filtered effect, add creative coloring or spot coloring to black and white or sepia images, etc. Pricing for such projects can be very tricky, as each situation is unique. Generally, prices will be as follows:
The Advanced Photo Editing Creation fee is $40 per hour, charged in 15 minute increments. It is worth noting that many of the techniques I listed can take as few as 5 minutes to complete. Also, this charge would be done cumulatively over your entire order, meaning if you have 3 different pictures that each took 5 minutes for their special enhancements, then the charge would only be $10 for 1 - 15 minute time slot - not for 3 different ones. I would do my best to give you an estimate before I began working on it. The Creation Fee is in addition to the cost of the portraits. Collages and greeting cards are billed differently.
