Imaging Illusions Pricing Sheet
Classic Session Fee: $35 (for up to 5 people) **
The session fee is set to
cover the time and talent of the photographer, as well as the post session
work to prepare your proofs for viewing and ordering. This fee is due at
or before the beginning of your photo session. For sessions including 6
- 10 people, the fee will be $45, and $55 for 11 or more. With your paid
session fee, you will receive a proof album containing up to 36 4x6 pictures -
you can pick your own from the session! Additional proofs can be
ordered immediately following your session for only $1 each.
Your portraits can be ordered either by choosing one or more specific packages, or by ordering individual portraits, via Ala Carte. Minnesota Sales Tax of 6.5% will be applied to your order as well. I accept cash, check and credit cards via PayPal.

Maternity/Newborn Package: $120
This precious package will include a maternity session (typically at 33-36
weeks) and a newborn session (within about 2 weeks of birth). You will
then receive an 8x10 of the maternity session and an 8x10 of the newborn
session (your choice), plus 25 custom designed birth announcements.
Individually this would cost over $150. Fathers are welcomed and
encouraged to participate too!

You will also have the option of purchasing a custom designed multi-image collage of your favorite proofs for 10% off.
"The First Year" Package: $150
It is so important to capture those milestones of your child's ever-changing first year of life! This package includes 4 separate photo sessions at the following ages; 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 1 year. You will receive an 8x10 (your choice) of each session, and then after your child's 1st birthday, you will receive an additional 8x10 multi-image collage of your favorite from each session. Individually this package would cost almost $250.

Other Options
Copyright Purchase:
I also offer the option of allowing you to purchase your photos on a photo CD or DVD. You would then own all of the printing rights to your memories. This way you can make your own photo prints, have then made by someone else, or choose to have me professionally process them. It also gives you the option to print pictures now, in 6 months from now, in 6 years from now, etc, etc. With the CD or DVD in your hands, you would be free to make additional prints as you see fit. I would give you a signed letter releasing the copyright and allowing you to make copies. $110.
* Pricing varies for larger groups, such as anniversary parties, family reunions, etc.
Dare To Be Creative:
Pricing for such projects can be very tricky, as each situation is unique. Generally, prices will be as follows:
The Advanced Photo Editing Creation fee is $40 per hour, charged in 15 minute increments. It is worth noting that many of the editing tricks I do can take as few as 5 minutes to complete. Also, this charge would be done cumulatively over your entire order, meaning if you have 3 different pictures that each took 5 minutes, then the charge would only be $10 for 1 - 15 minute time slot - not for 3 different ones. I would do my best to give you an estimate before I began working on it. The Creation Fee is in addition to the cost of the portraits. Collages and greeting cards are billed differently.

Photo Restoration:
Since there are so many different varieties of old photos, this will be charged on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me for a consultation and estimate.
Other Tidbits:
* Proofs will be ready no more than 2 weeks after your session, but often even sooner.
* Minnesota Sales Tax of 6.5% will be added to all packages and purchases.
* Your photo order must be paid for, in full, before the order is sent for printing.
* All images taken my Imaging Illusions & Photography are copy written. It is illegal for anyone else to make copies of the pictures without authorized written consent. You can choose to purchase the copyrights of your pictures . It will give you the freedom to make your own enlargements or reprints anytime you want. Keep in mind, however; that the best resulting photos will come from professionally processed images. I will still reserve the right to use the photos for my own advertising and promotional purposes. Copyright purchase price varies depending on the type of photo shoot: Classic Session $110; Senior Session $225; Wedding $350. I accept cash, personal checks, or credit cards via PayPal.
* Sessions can take place within 10 miles of Melrose for no additional charge. For locations beyond 10 miles, $5 will be added for each increment of 5 miles. For example, any location 11-15 miles away, will have an additional $5 charge. 16-20 miles away will have an additional $10 charge, and so on.

* Images are kept on file indefinitely for re-order. Prices are subject to change without notice. Print prices are guaranteed for 30 days after receiving your proofs.
* Orders should be placed within 6 weeks of receiving your proofs. A $35 storage fee will be applied when orders go beyond that time frame. You may purchase more prints in the future after your initial order, but please note that a $25 archival fee may be accessed to orders of less than $75.
* If you pay with a check that is returned from the bank for any reason, you will be charged $30, in addition to still paying for the amount of the original check.
* Keep in mind . . . Photography is an investment! Imaging the joy of sharing your images with generations to come!
